Position: Content Moderator
Location:

MYR 3,500 - 6,000 per monthKey Responsibilities
Content Review:
Review user-generated content on
WeChat's public-facing features
, includingprofile pictures, Moments posts, and shared external links
, to ensure compliance with platform policies.AI Quality Assurance:
Conduct
manual spot checks
of AI model-generated moderation results to verifyaccuracy and policy alignment
.Data Labeling & Model Training:
Label and curate
training datasets
to support the ongoing improvement of content moderation models.Evaluate user appeals
related to content enforcement actions and make
fair,
Policy-based decisions
.Work closely with
policy and operations teams
to refine moderation guidelines and enhancereview efficiency and quality
.Requirements
Education:
Diploma or higher in any discipline.Attention to Detail:
Strong ability to identify and flagpolicy-violating content
across text, image, and link-based materials.Digital Awareness:
Good understanding ofonline content ecosystems
and familiarity withsocial media platforms
(especially WeChat).Language Skills:
Proficient inreading and understanding complex Mandarin Chinese content
.Work Ethic:
Reliable, responsible, and able to handlerepetitive tasks accurately
.Flexibility:
Comfortable working under pressure, with potentialweekend or shift work
as required.Experience:
At least1 year of experience
incontent moderation, trust & safety
