Job Responsibilities:
Review seller content, video comments, trademarks, logos, and product reviews to
ensure compliance and platform safety.
Ensure all content adheres to service-level and quality standards.
Adapt to policy changes and handle increased workload during campaigns.Escalate non-compliant or critical cases.
Participate in moderation-related projects
Requirements:
Strong mediation skills; excellent written & verbal communication.
Knowledge of local regulations and e-commerce policies.
Completed required training/certification for moderation.
Experience in online content review preferred.
Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM, required for high-volume content reviews and
compliance documentation. High accuracy essential to avoid policy errors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
