Capable of fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in E-Commerce Buyer and Seller Services is a plus
Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
Capacity to resolve conflicts, address complaints, and handle user issues diplomatically.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of platform/community guidelines and policies.
At least a SPM or Diploma in Marketing/Advertising, Business or related fields
Previous 1-2 year experience in live hosting/live moderator will be an added advantage

Review user posts (text, images, videos) to ensure they follow the rules.
Implement platform rules, removing inappropriate content.
Identify and delete offensive material (e.g., hate speech, violence, explicit content) for safety.
Use software for efficient content review.
Note trends for policy improvement.
Work with teams to enhance review strategies.
Filter low-quality content for a better user experience.
Learn new standards and tech updates through training
Investigate user reports and take action
Approach content from diverse backgrounds fairly
