Working Arrangement :
Work from Home(Compulsory to attend 1 Week physical training at Mercu2, Bangsar)
Contract Duration :
3 Months (Renewable)Working Hours :
5 Working Days (2 Days Off)(Weekend Shift Included)
AM Shift : 10AM - 7PM PM Shift : 4PM - 1AM GY Shift : 1AM - 10AMJob scope :
Review and classify videos according to e-commerce platform's guidelines and quality standard. Evaluate the clarity of audio and video, and overall viewer experience. Ensure that streamers adhere to set guidelines, including content appropriateness, behavior, product presentations, and platform policies to maintain a professional and compliant environment. Evaluate product demonstrations, ensuring they are clear, informative, and provide enough details for viewers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements :
At least 1 year in content moderation
or
fresh grads with a diploma Emotionally strong and able to handle stress Fair, objective, and not influenced by personal beliefs Good problem-solving and detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Aware of social/political context in the region Basic Excel skills Strong English (spoken and written)Salary :
Base salary: RM 1,700/month (with statutory contributions) Incentive: RM 300 Shift Allowance : RM 400 (If Applicable)
