We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Content Producer

to manage the planning, creation, and publishing of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social media trends, and can bring brand ideas to life through engaging visuals and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, produce, and edit content (photo, video, and copy) for social media and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling angles. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms. Oversee content production from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality and brand alignment. Collaborate with influencers or talents during content shoots and live sessions. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and engagement. Maintain organized media libraries (footage, photos, creative assets, etc.). Research current digital trends and competitor content to stay ahead of the curve. Assist in scriptwriting, voiceover direction, and on-set coordination when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field. Proven experience in content creation, video editing, or social media production. Skilled in using editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop). Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
