Position Title: Content Reviewer (English)
Working Location: Petaling jaya ( Plaza 33)
Tenure: 1 year contract / Renewable basis
Salary: RM 3000 + Shift Allowance
Working Hour: Rotational Shift Basis
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting Digital Social Media platform
- Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline
- Accountable for the success and quality of the process
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client\'s processes and policies.
- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations
- Approves management reporting and tool requirements
- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to start immediately
- Fresh grad are welcomed to apply
- Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
- Ready to work in 24/7 environment
- Can start work immediately
