Job Description
Position Title: Content Reviewer (English) Working Location: Petaling jaya ( Plaza 33) Tenure: 1 year contract / Renewable basis Salary: RM 3000 + Shift Allowance Working Hour: Rotational Shift Basis Job Responsibilities: Supporting Digital Social Media platform Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline Accountable for the success and quality of the process Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client\'s processes and policies. Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations Approves management reporting and tool requirements Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills Able to start immediately Fresh grad are welcomed to apply Experience with social networking (or similar programs) Ready to work in 24/7 environment Can start work immediately
