We are seeking for native Hong Kong speakers who are fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing online content, handling customer complaints and copyright-related issues, and ensuring the accuracy of updates on a popular social media platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work or material
- Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mass Communication, Media Studies or any related field
- Fresh graduates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Native Language (Read/Speak)
- Good command over verbal and written English language
- Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms are a plus
- Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
- Mature & analytical
- High on team work and engagement
- Basic Package (MYR 10,000 to MYR 11,000, approximately HKD 18,000 to HKD 20,000)
