We're Hiring: Content Review Management!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Content Review Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and ensuring the quality of content across various platforms while adhering to company guidelines and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload Conduct regular audits of reviewed content to maintain high standards.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Mandarin (Written and Spoken) Minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service / Content Moderation field Fresh grads are welcome to apply Good command over verbal & written English language Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work , Social Media platforms is a plus Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries Mature & analytical High on team work and engagement

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 4,000

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
