Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Review user flagging reports regarding website content \xe2\x97\x8f Understand and remain up-to-date with client\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner \xe2\x97\x8f Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality \xe2\x97\x8f Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies \xe2\x97\x8f Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community \xe2\x97\x8f Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects Requirement
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor Degree with no experience
  • Diploma with min 1 year of call center experience
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month Benefits:
