Location: Petaling Jaya
Position: Content Reviewer (English)
Headcount: 1
Tenure: 12 months contract (renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client\'s processes and policies.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding LIVE actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
Liaising with Client\'s internal teams to ensure user and brand safety.
Job Requirements:
Open for fresh graduated.
Written, Spoken, Reading communications of English.
Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
Ready to work on shift (24/7) environment based on duty roaster and schedule.
Can start work immediately
