Position: Content Reviewer (Korean Speaker)

Contract 12months and renewable subject to project demand

Location: Bangsar south / KL Sentral (24/7 shift including weekend & public holiday)

5 days in a week

Responsibilities:

The Content Review Associate will implement our clients' Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.

Working towards creating a positive environment and improve user experience online. Managing sensitive content and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms. Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy. Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines. Resolving inquires according to defined policies and procedures. Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.

Requirements:

? Must be able to Read, Write & Speak Korean Speaker)

? Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team.

? Fresh Graduate welcome to apply with good proficiency in Korean speaking

? Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
