Position : Content Specialist Job description: Purpose - To provide expertise, skills and specific knowledge within Fixed Income Terms & Conditions data in order to build, maintain and continuously improve the data currently covered on EJV_GovCorp Scope and Impact - the role will cover SME responsibilities for Terms & Conditions Content for Government & Corporate Fixed Income securities (non-securitized) issued in the International Bond Markets and North America. This Content is stored in EJV GovCorp, the Database of Record for Fixed Income Terms &Conditions Content. The information is used by a company-wide set of applications and products that publish or derive valuations, analytics as well as APIs/views on Fixed Income Terms & Conditions Content. Broadly the responsibilities will include a share of customer service duties, stakeholder management, contribution to critical projects & campaigns and client interaction. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 1. Take overall ownership of data issues, including database infrastructure and maintenance procedures including knowing who to involve from Content and/or Technology (EJV Development) and when. 2. Drive service excellence across Fixed Income Content teams for our customers internally and externally end to end, delivering improvements in the content quality and service. 3. Take the lead on resolving Client issues including Pre & Post-Sales activities that involve assessing field-comparison or data coverage comparisons with competitors in a timely manner. Provide a summary of findings/recommendations as needed. 4. Represent the data groups in projects or discussions that significantly affect how data is stored, maintained and/or organized and provide expert-level contribution to these discussions. 5. Prepare and present formal reports of recommendations, including establishing agreement, implementation, monitoring and testing to stakeholders, Project Management groups, PLTs etc.. 6. Ensuring effective communication, within the team, if information relevant to own area of responsibility regarding changes, developments and news. 7. Act as a primary contact point on area of expertise and communicate optimally with other stakeholders to improve the quality and quantity of data. 8. Represent Fixed Income content to some of the strategic clients to provide excellent customer service. 9. Communicate external developments internally to ensure staff-awareness and also share customer views on data to recommend improvements / raise problems as needed. Qualifications Education : Graduate in any field. Post Graduation in Finance desirable. Required Skills: 1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant industry. 2. Knowledge of interaction and managing relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders 3. Specialization in Fixed Income Market. 4. Good knowledge of local and global market regulations 5 .
