What you will be doing: Conceptualise strong creative ideas to bring integrated and digital campaigns to life. Flexible writing style and able to produce both short-form and long-form written materials across social, digital, and integrated platforms, which are clear, concise and persuasive in line with the strategy and insights. Able to learn unfamiliar subject matters quickly, research and write about it authoritatively. Work closely with the Art Director, internal account teams and external clients to participate in all stages of the creative process. Understand the target audience to translate copy and design into compelling creative content. . Utilise data from brand monitoring reports and craft smart, engaging content. Help communicate creative ideas in presentations to clients. Able to guide, collaborate and work well with others across internal teams. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman's values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. What is required of you: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content writing (English, but proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added plus), preferably in an agency setting working with marketing, advertising, or PR campaigns, including TV, print, and social media preferred. Strong conceptualisation abilities, presentation as well as verbal communication skills. Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in creation of social media content calendars, scriptwriting, conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, brand messaging and promotional copy. Experience working on new business presentations and preparing creative themes and taglines.
