We are a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency, our headquarter is in Hong Kong with branches & teammates in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK & Australia. Our clients, Paradigm Consulting was founded by a team of ex-in house communications specialists from Hong Kong, mainland China and London. We have grown from humble roots in Hong Kong to a trusted and valued international partner, focused on building long-term relationships that creates deeper understanding for strategic support. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the team provides insight and advice to companies coming in to China and to local firms taking steps in wider international markets. Our clients are mostly financial services providers, technology firms and professional services brands. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content/project team to produce original content for corporate clients
• Create marketing and communications content in various formats
• Develop written content to support social media assets
• Assist in executing publicity plans for corporate clients
• Ensure all content produced aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in English, communications, journalism, marketing, PR, or related fields
• Excellent writing skills with experience in journalism preferred
• Working experience in advertising/PR/marketing/social media is highly preferred
• Responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented team player
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Knowledge of media relations and journalistic writing skills is a plus
• Chinese language reading and writing capability is a plus
• Entry-level candidates with high proficiency in English language may also be considered for a junior role.

Office Locations: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
