These positions will report to the Contingent Workforce Program Manager in the US.Location: On-site Flex. Allowed to work remotely but must reside in the Penang area and be able to work in the Penang office periodicallyYour responsibilities will include:

• Managing day to day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program utilizing a vendor management system (VMS).
• Providing program guidelines, policies, and procedures support for managers and suppliers.
• Providing escalated contingent worker support and issue resolution.
• Ensuring streamlined on-boarding and off-boarding of contingent workers.
• Partner with internal teams on quarterly and project-based efforts.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders on an on-going basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in contingent workforce support, HR operations, recruiting, or VMS Help Desk; Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
• Fluent English is required with ability to also communicate professionally in either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, or other contingent workforce VMS tools.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong Project, PowerPoint, and Excel skills preferred.
