Job Overview

Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Process Engineer is responsible to lead and work with site management team to integrate the operating excellence procedure approach into the company\'s business strategy and utilized across all functions of the company to transform end-to-end processes, maximize performance, drive efficiency and delivery extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow company operating procedure and strategy to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and efficient across all function at site.
• Responsible for leading and managing the dynamics of cross-functional process improvement projects and business wide improvements initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with cross-functional team.
• Responsible to implement best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize process in all areas of the business.
• Be expected to complete and achieve star level within target dateline.
• Lead process improvement projects to meet business objectives and deliver quantifiable results using lean and six sigma methodologies.
• Actively lead Kaizen events and other lean activities as part of project deliverables or supporting other initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in related engineering field.
• More than 6 years working experience in a high mix low volume in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Significant Lean/Kaizen experience.
• In-depth knowledge and hand on experience in executing Value Stream Map (VSM)
• Proficiency in lean and/or TPS tools including value stream mapping, 5S, standardized work, continuous flow, lean, kaizen, TPM, performance analysis.
• At least green belt in Six Sigma
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good statistical analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
