Job Description

Job Scope:



Assist in handling daily accounting transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts. Maintain proper filing system for accounting and financial documents. Assist in handling SST, income tax, and other statutory submissions. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities. Monitor staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses.

Requirement:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum less than 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or finance. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Able to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good time management and able to meet deadlines. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Honest, responsible, and disciplined. Able to handle confidential company information.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
