Contract Administration (Quantity Surveyor) - Fresh Graduate Welcome (1 year contract) x 2Advertised on : 16 Oct 2024 | Closing Date : 15 Dec 2024Please wait, Listing in progressJob Specialization:!JOBSPECIALIZATIONType of Employment:!JOBTYPEMinimum Experience:!MINYEARSOFEXPERIENCEWork Location:!JOBLOCATION\xc2\xb7 Arrange and manage site visit for gathering required information.\xc2\xb7 Attend tender interview and revise tender submission if required.\xc2\xb7 Source sub-contractors in collaboration with Project/ Procurement department on obtaining latest pricing.\xc2\xb7 Compile tender documents for submission to clients.\xc2\xb7 Ensure collection of site measurement is done systematically.\xc2\xb7 Attend site valuation on project claim and ensure on time claim submission.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with consultants/ clients on certification process, or all contract related matters.\xc2\xb7 Check and analyse actual usage of project material against claimed quantities.\xc2\xb7 Attend final site valuation and ensure final account is submitted on time and verified.\xc2\xb7 To analyse projects with high negative variance of Budget against Actual.\xc2\xb7 Periodically review and update contractual information/ requirements/ agreements with relevant parties.\xc2\xb7 Prepare sub-con documents for the appointment of sub-cons and facilitate pre and post award processes for qualified sub-cons.Job Requirements\xc2\xb7 Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 year of construction related industry.\xc2\xb7 Good in MS office, MS Projects & Autocad.\xc2\xb7 Good in logical thinking, communication skills and negotiation skills.If you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
