Contract Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Develop and maintain a filing system and bank guarantees for contract. Generate reports for internal and external performance and compliance reporting. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner. Data entry - normally for Q1 when new work barge and rig on-board. Preparing and printed training material for Q1 when on boarding new work barge and rig setup training profile and setup training environment. Assisting with DIY work example formatting items one by one. Assisting in documenting procedure and training material. **MOST preferable working experience in OIL AND GAS**
