Job Description

Job Title: Contract Administrator



Job Purpose:



To manage and coordinate all contract-related activities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main contact for all contract matters. Prepare and manage contract documents and records. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract terms. Coordinate with internal teams and clients. Handle variations, extensions, and claims when required. Report contract status and issues to management. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or project coordination. Good communication and organization skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
