Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage, update and register all contract-related documents and filing systems including scanning and printing documents such as Subcontract LOA, Supplier Agreements, Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), insurance, bonds, permits, and other relevant records. Coordinate with the QS and Site Team for documentation and contract administration matters. Ensure timely submission and processing of invoices and claims. Ensure that all invoices/billings are checked, approved, and duly signed before being returned to the Finance Department. Ensure subcontractors and suppliers have valid insurance, bonds, and certifications (CIDB, SSM, regulatory licenses). Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ISO / company standards. Maintain well-organized contract records (both softcopy and hardcopy). Assist in project audits and internal audits.
Skills & Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the construction industry. Strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of ERP/AutoCount is a plus. Basic understanding of contract law & CIDB guidelines. Good communication

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
