Customer Service:



Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a professional and friendly manner. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs. Assist customers with product selections, size fitting, and styling advice. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and efficient manner. Ensure an outstanding in-store shopping experience, contributing to customer loyalty and retention.

Sales Support:



Actively assist in achieving sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain awareness of current promotions, discounts, and store policies to share with customers. Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments.

Store Operations:



Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including dressing rooms, aisles, and common areas.

Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the boutique team to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in team meetings and share ideas for improving customer experience and sales performance. Ensure that the boutique is always ready for business by assisting with opening and closing procedures. Assist with store events or promotions as required.
