Have previous experience in administration role - ideally contract management.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and adaptable to changes

Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers
Raise payment for deposits and monthly rentals
Liaison with landlords/agents on key handover
Compile documents for business license application, utility account opening and vendor registration
Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiation of terms and conditions with landlords/agents
Negotiate with landlords/agents on existing lease for renewal
Liaison with landlords/agents on facilities improvement/repairs required
Compilation and sending/receiving of all documentation to the respective parties
Preparing declaration form for reinstatement
