Product sorting, segregation and repacking to return to vendor .
Plan, coordinate, and execute the return to supplier process for damaged, expired, or rejected goods.
Ensure all returned items from stores are properly verified, documented, and packed according to supplier requirements.
Liaise with suppliers to arrange return schedule and document management.
2. Documentation & System Management
Prepare and maintain RTV documents such as in Excel for tracking purposes.
Update the company internal system accurately for return to warehouse and supplier stock.
Ensure traceability and proper record-keeping of all RTV movement.
3. Supplier & Store Coordination
Communicate with internal team for sorting progress and documentation.
Coordinate with logistics providers for the collection, verification and processing work.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Knowledge of basic warehouse management process and system management.
Good communication skills in Malay and English.
Experience in handling FMCG goods and knowledge of products.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Able to work under pressure and extend working hours if needed.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
