:

• Measurement / Taking off quantities for various trades.
• Assist superior prepare preliminary costing/budget estimation.
• Compilation/drafting of Bills of Quantities and standard templates for tendering process.
• Attend joint-measurement with contractor/consultant at project site.
• Keep records on all variation works on site.
• Check progress claim quantities submitted by contractor against the actual workdone on site.
• Check/compilation of final account.

Job Requirement :

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, or
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years related working experience
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
