Pre & Post Contract administration.
Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
Preparation of BQ, quantity taking off and variation order claim.
Preparation and submission of progress claim.
Finalization of account with customers and sub-contractors.
Maintain proper documentation for all contract-related activities.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or any other related studies.
Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Committed and able to work independently
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
