Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience in construction contract administration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Immediate Joiner is preferred.
- Prepare and review quotations and award.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and progress claims.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on contract matters.
- Monitor project costs and variations.
- Keep proper records of contracts and related documents.
