Responsibilities:

Prepare Progress Claims for each Project Review and verify Progress Claims submitted by Sub-Contractors, if any To evaluate and prepare sub-contractor payment Prepare measurement of quantities Preparation of claims for EOT & Loss and expenses claims Liaise with consultant's QS regarding progress claim and V.O To finalize and prepare final accounts for sub-contractor To prepare schedule of materials delivery and keep track of the materials delivery Any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior/Management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years related working experience is required. Proficient in written and spoken of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
