Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare & review progress claims and sub-contractor payments Handle EOT and variation orders Liaise with consultants on project claims Prepare material delivery schedules and final accounts
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Contract Management Minimum 3 years related experience Proficient in BM & English
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
