Requirements

• Min Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' QS experience in the construction industry.
• Skilled in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and tender preparation (BQ, documents).
• Familiar with construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage contract documents, BOQ, and specifications.
• Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for projects.
• Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and mitigate potential overruns.
• Conduct measurement, valuation, and cost reporting.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for competitive terms.
• Prepare and present cost and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth project delivery
