Contract for ServiceLocation: Malaysia (MY), SESCO HQ (HQ)Company: Sarawak Energy Berhad, Retail (50034029), ,Number of Openings: 1Job Category: ContractClosing Date: 14 September 2024SCOPE OF SERVICES:o To carry out all operation and maintenance tasks related to meters and its wiring scheme including new installation, ALAF, RES, change name request, account termination request, meter inspection & replacement, meter testing request & etc, based on existing procedures, guidelines, SOPs, laws and regulations.
o Act as the raiding team for any high impact cases including Executive Action (EA) and any special joint raids initiated by government agencies e.g. Police Dept, MACC, Councils & etc.
o To execute enforcement tasks including disconnection/reconnection of electricity supply to customers\' premises with long overdue outstanding and ensure no illegal reconnection detected until outstanding is fully cleared.
o To upkeep and store all exhibits and documentations pertaining to respective metering case timely and appropriately in accordance to the company\'s SOPs.QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):o Able to utilize various systems i.e. SAP, Seals Management System, MMMS, Microsoft, Teams, ECM & etc to execute daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
o Competent to utilize necessary tools and equipment provided e.g. meter test set, clamp-on meter, camera, tablet & etc to perform site duty; at the same time maintaining the tools & equipment in good & safe condition.
o Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):o Able to interact and respond to customers\' enquiries and complaints in professional manner and effectively.
o Able to detect technical abnormalities at site e.g. meter tampering alarms, meter faulty & etc and perform necessary actions including with other relevant departments i.e. Meters, Distribution and ensure compliance to SOPs and applicable laws & regulations.This position is offered on Contract for Service terms & conditions.
