SCOPE OF SERVICES:

  • Perform physical asset tagging and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with specified quality control standards
  • Key in tagged asset data in SEFM system.
  • Generate and put up QR code posters for every Room/Space in SEB buildings for ease of complaint/request lodge.
  • Proactively coordinate with BFI O&M, Project team and stakeholders from different region to update in SEFM the space layout and asset inventory when there are any new construction/renovation/changes to SEB\'s facility assets.
  • Prepare or amend AutoCAD layout drawings.
  • Supervise and ensure works that are assigned to Interns are done properly and completed timely.
  • Review and improve Asset management process and procedures periodically and ensure all relevant team is following the process and procedure.
  • Prepare, review and update asset management process to handle asset lifecycle from Procurement to disposal.
  • Prepare and update report of Asset Management activity and progress including updating of inventory list.
  • Perform regular on-site audit on SEFM usage and report on any irregularities and non-compliance found.
  • Proficient in calling and executing "Request For Quotation" (RFQ), "Request for Proposal" (RFP) and tenders
RM 500,000 (floating, evaluation, recommendation and presentation of recommendation) and intermediate knowledge, understanding and know-how of SEB\'s PPP.
  • Execute and timely internal and external (vendors, contractors, government and statutory bodies) interface, liaison and coordination with stakeholders and key-stage owners in order to better maintain the building facilities.
  • Execute concise understandable written communication in email, letters, reports, management papers.

  • Planning, strategic and analytical thinking with ability to make sound decisions.
  • Extensive travelling within Sarawak is required for this CFS position.
  • Have some knowledge of one or more fields of engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, civil).
  • Highly motivated, full of initiative, analytical and capacity to work independently.
  • Honest, transparent, fair and trustworthy with clear understanding of ethical commercial behavior.
  • Team player and able to manage multiple small teams to achieve tasks and targets.
  • Always be willing to be always on standby and responsive.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering/M&E/Building Services with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates could be considered.
  • Intermediate knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and MS Office Application.
  • Field management experience in Building O&M and Project Management is a plus.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within Sarawak Energy Berhad.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting contract documents and construction drawings.
  • Proficient letter, report writing and compilation skills.
