Contract for ServiceLocation: Malaysia (MY), SESCO HQ (HQ)Company: Sarawak Energy Berhad, Retail (50034029), ,Number of Openings: 5Job Category: ContractClosing Date: 14 September 2024SCOPE OF SERVICES:o The support whole of Retail outstation\'s operation i.e. Customer Service Counter including managing various stakeholders e.g. customers, contractors, consultants, JKKK on supply application matters; and Revenue Protection which includes debt recovery and meter integrity inspection.
o Custodian of bank reconciliation ensuring payment received are reconciled timely.
o Handles meter reading & billing operation which covers scheduling and monthly meter reading, daily monitoring of performance of contractor\'s meter readers and checking of monthly invoices ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness.THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):o To analyse and review customer\'s appeal based on monthly consumption pattern, SAP\'s record and other relevant document submitted & prepare case paper with sound recommendation, for Appeal Committee\'s decision.
o To conduct negotiations with customers on outstanding amount until payment arrangement is affirmed within the set authority limit.
o Focal person in the outstation to investigate and clear operational taskforce involving data cleansing & updating e.g. capitalization, AWS charging, IDC creation & etc.QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):o Able to use and guide staffs on various systems to perform daily duties:
i) SAP ISU-CCS & C4C - create account move-in, raising service notification for follow-up tasks, checking details of customers accounts, issuance of CD, CC & monthly bills, performing bill adjustments, generate various working reports i.e. unbilled, MT66, final account with credit & debit balances in SAP system, aging of energy & arrears, top outstanding disconnection list & etc.
ii) SAP MM to issue meter stocks, create Purchase Order and perform Service Acceptance & SAP MOBIS to schedule, download and extract monthly meter readings and issuance of bills.
iii) SAP MMMS to trigger and update meter installation & replacement status once completed at site by technicians.
iv) Online application system (eCX) to monitor and review applications submitted by contractor/consultant.
v) Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR and any relevant degree with one (1) year working experience.This position is offered on Contract for Service terms & conditions.
