- Ensure timely and high-quality technical input for option identification and development in FEL1.
- Ensure the required FEL2 deliverables in a timely manner, up to the required maturity level, and in full compliance with SEPM and MOA.
- Ensure technical specifications in compliance with statutory requirements in FEL3.
- Ensure that engineering design is in accordance with specifications, engineering best practices, and safety within the given timeframe.
- Ensure compliance with the change management process.
- Exploring solutions to address challenges within conflicting constraints.
- Communication with different internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in projects which cost more than RM 50 million.
- Completed at least 1 full cycle of a project. Utility projects are preferable.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with CGPA above 3.0.
