SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Provide advice for all matters related to Interface Management.
• Review, develop and maintain the Interface Management framework.
• Monitor and control the Interface Management framework in all the stage-gate process in Project Delivery.
• Co-ordinate between multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Identify and resolve critical issues timely in a project work schedule.
• Ensure the Interface Management process implemented is compliant with established
• procedure and ready for verification/audit exercise in all portfolios.
• Supervise, coach and develop the project personnel to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills on Interface management.
• Develop the Interface Management Best Practices together with Interface Manager and subsequent revisions where necessary.
• Responsible to ensure the Interface Executive assigned to Project Team established the
• Interface Management Plan and Interface Register for the project from Concept phase onwards.
• Responsible for regular update on Interface Management status and report for all portfolios.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Controls Manager/ the Manager (Interface Management)/ Senior Manager (Schedule and Interface Management)/ Head of PCPM.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Minimum Advanced Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study and proven on-site working experience in related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience including Project Management and industrial construction in various areas of project management.
• Professional Certification is an advantage.
• Certification in Project Management is an advantage.
• Experience in managing projects across a complex portfolio of sites &/or projects or on large projects an advantage.
