• Execute intervention programs for underperforming Bumiputera vendors, collaborate with Business Units and project audits.
• Prepare Bumiputera vendor performance and assessment reports to support vendor sourcing.
• Monitor vendor performance results in the SEVA system, identify challenges faced by vendors, and support the implementation of the Performance Improvement Program (PIP) to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
• Continuously enhance the pool of skilled and competent contractors working with Sarawak Energy through regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with Bumiputera policies and identify opportunities for Bumiputera companies in SEB tenders.
• Project audits of local vendors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and Sarawak Energy\'s policies.
• Uphold and promote compliance with Sarawak Energy\'s guidelines and standards within the vendor management process.
• Provide guidance to project owners on local content criteria and contractual commitments.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Ability to manage and resolve contractual disputes independently, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Proactively foresee and manage contractual risks associated with projects, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, good writing skills to prepare management papers and presentations.
• Maintain consistency and objectivity in performing project quality assurance and control, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines from accredited Universities or Institutions with minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant working experience in project monitoring and performance evaluation of technical projects.
