SCOPE OF SERVICES/WORK SCOPE (SUMMARY):

• To study and analyse customers' electricity consumption to perform arrears computation and determine loss of revenue.
• To review and post arrears incurred into customers' accounts to enable recovery action and clear cases in the system's database (ZMAARTS).
• To monitor and report on the arrears collection from customers to work out the arrears collection strategy.
• To assist Legal department and any related Retail divisions in providing evidence and miscellaneous information for any court cases pertaining to arrears bills.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Review the evidence and information obtained from sources to determine the validity to evaluate the arrears computation and make recommendations for any form of revision e.g., waiver and reduction for arrears appeal cases.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Able to utilize and guide team members on various systems and sub-systems such as but not limited to ISU-CCS module in SAP, S4Hana, ZMAARTS and Microsoft Teams to execute daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Some working knowledge on electricity ordinance, electricity tariffs, meter types, types of tampering and loss of revenue computation.
• Able to extract, compile and submit operational reports to line supervisors for performance monitoring and improvement plans e.g., arrears billed, arrears collected, outstanding arrears bills and arrears instalment plans, etc.
• Able to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system development related to Recovery.
