SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Assist Project Director, Project Services Manager and Manager LWiB (Land and Wayleave in the Business) for Project Delivery Department (PDD) in ensuring all the land and wayleave matters and issues are timely resolved within project schedule.
• Assist Project Director, Project Services Manager and Manager LWiB for Project Delivery Department to monitor progress of land acquisition and wayleave matters for assigned Transmission Substation Projects to meet the various performance targets set and in compliance with Statutory Regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of funding for timely land acquisition completion to provide site Entry to Project Delivery Project Teams.
• Initiate and conduct Stakeholder Engagement with Government Department, Agencies, Community Leaders, Landowners and Land Claimants to inform SEB\'s project planning, land acquisition policy by SEB, land & wayleave grievance channel and etc to ensure smooth progress in construction.
• Prepare management paper for purpose of land acquisition, release of funding and any other papers as required.
• Ensure all payments made complied with SEB Memorandum of Authority, process and procedure.
• Ensure all payments made are properly filled and kept.
• Initiate, coordinate and prepare all relevant paper works for Legal Entry process.
• Working closely with Corporate Land & Wayleave on land and wayleave matters to align with corporate policies and procedures.
• Assist in all other matters related to Wayleave Management & Strategy.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Managing internal and external stakeholder i.e. Asset Owners, Authorities bodies, Project Team, Contractors and Legal.
• Meeting project original timeline when there is land and wayleave challenges faced during the land submission and acquisition phase.
• Able to advise Project Teams are not familiar with Land and Wayleave Process and Procedure.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Any recognize bachelor\'s degree by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Having experience in land matters and other by Law in Sarawak is an added advantage.
• Adept in handling multi-tasking, scheduling, and handling simultaneous projects.
• Multi-lingual.
