SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• S/4HANA Project Functional Support for Plant Maintenance specific for Generation:

o Active business engagement with SAP PM and other business functions to breach the gap between business requirements vs system functionalities.
o Active business engagement with potential SAP partners and external parties on SEB S/4HANA Migration project.
o Assist in EAM Training Manual review and provide training to power station personnel.
o Perform user acceptance test for new improvements within the SAP PM system.

• Functional Support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) on Continuous Improvement and Inflight Projects:

o Escalate application related incident towards other operation group, Technical Support (ICT) or application vendor (SAP) and track resolution status.
o Analyse new business requirement, assess change to related business process and implication to the application, to determine the viability of change request.
o Participate in new project implementation by providing business process analysis, testing and training of user to provide effective post-implementation support.

• EAM Business Value Realization analysis:

o Facilitate on Value Realization trackers for Generation.
o Improvement works on Maintenance Performance Indicators.

• Able to support the generation work management by understanding the business requirements and needs. This would include application and immersion in business processes.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Multi-interfaces and interdependencies between internal stakeholders (from power stations and business units) as well as external parties (consultant).
• Managing stations\' expectations and requirements while providing functional support on business process and data management.
• Understanding the processes and application, and able to review the processes.
• Aware of applicable of PPGs and best practices and relate why the processes are done that way.
• Learn on compliance and governance of processes and usage.
• Ability to propose new innovation or improvements.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Experienced in SAP EAM Solution, especially in SAP PM, while being informed in SAP MM, PS and FICO.
• Demonstrated soft skills especially in business presentation and conflict resolution.
• (Advantage) Experience in Asset Management and/or working in production plants.
