SCOPE OF SERVICES:

  • S/4HANA Project Functional Support for Materials Management specific for Generation:
o Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for S4 migration project.
o Participate in Train the trainer (TTT) for S4 migration project.
o To prepare training materials and conduct End User Training (EUT) for the users from generation arm.
o Provide post go live support to end users from generation arm.
  • Functional Support for Supply Chain on Continuous Improvement and Inflight Projects:
o Review the applicability and application of the procurement & inventory processes for continuous improvement.
o Perform data collection for S4 migration especially Material Management and drive the data collection activity and the importance of it by a certain timeline.
o Liaise with different stakeholders with setting up of and updating generation material information for S4 migration which include material master, procurement management and inventory management.
o Liaise with the consultants from time to time on any issues related to S4 migration.
o Organize and attend the meetings related to SAP S4 migration project.
  • Supply Chain Business Value Realization analysis:
o Facilitate on Value Realization trackers for Generation.
o Improvement works on Supply Chain Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Able to support the generation work management by understanding the business requirements and needs. This would include application and immersion in business processes.
THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):
  • Multi-interfaces and interdependencies between internal stakeholders (from power stations and business units) as well as external parties (consultant).
  • Managing stations\' expectations and requirements while providing functional support on business process and data management.
  • Understanding the processes and application, and able to review the processes.
  • Aware of applicable of PPGs and best practices and relate why the processes are done that way.
  • Learn on compliance and governance of processes and usage.
  • Ability to propose new innovation or improvements.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
  • Experienced in SAP EAM Solution, especially in SAP PM, while being informed in SAP MM, PS and FICO.
  • Demonstrated soft skills especially in business presentation and conflict resolution.
  • (Advantage) Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement & Inventory, or working in production plants.
