SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• To lead social management function and activities at central function.
• To develop overall project social management requirement and strategies in ensuring related matters are resolved in timely manner and in accordance with project schedule.
• To manage and administer comprehensive social management analysis, action plan and strategized engagements for all projects and update issue matrix in monthly basis.
• To ensure social-community engagement activities are in-line with Corporate Social Responsibility policy and guidelines which includes international guidelines such as Hydropower Sustainability Standards (HSS) and provide necessary status updates on activities related.
• To communicate and provide direction to internal stakeholders such as project managers, multi discipline team leaders, owner\'s engineers, consultants, contractor, safety officers and asset owners on social management to facilitate an efficient flow of information and coordination related to each project.
• To develop Tender/Contract Specifications for project packages and to translate the social management requirements into the tender/contract specifications.
• To prepare monthly reporting on social management activities.
• To coordinate with Project Services Managers in portfolio on any related issues pertaining to social management.
• To establish new documentation for Social Management Manual and Procedure or any other documents such as guidelines where deem necessary.
• To contribute on Social Management inputs for PD Digital Towers and its digitalization efforts.
• To lead and ensure successful programs for social management workshops and update sessions.
• To actively participate in the programs to update Project Teams & Contractors.
• To assist in all other matters related to Social Management where and when required by the Senior Manager and Manager Stakeholder Management.

• Provide advice for all matters related to Permitting & Stakeholder Management.
• Willing to work at a remote location and out station for long duration when necessary.
• External Stakeholder management (community leaders, DO, RO, elected federal & state representatives)
• Interface with corporate function in SEB including L&W, HSSE, CSR, Corp Comm and GREMPwhen necessary.
• Lead to resolve social related issues and grievances affecting capital projects.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Any recognized Degree in any relevant field, preferably with Project Management experience.
• 7-10 years working experience in Project Management, Social Management, Stakeholder Management and Regulatory Bodies.
• Experience with social management, operations of government departments and local authorities is an added advantage.
