SCOPE OF SERVICES:

  • Lead the facilitation of updating and revising of the Enhanced Competence Assurance Framework for Project Delivery
  • Lead the facilitation and assist the Skill Group Leader in executing the Skill Group Committee roles and responsibility.
  • Lead the facilitation in meetings coordination with TCM Steering Committee and Skill Group Leaders
  • Lead the facilitation and involve in the identification of technical training relevant to the Area of Expertise for each Skill Groups
  • Lead the facilitation and coordination of the implementation of Skill Pool Development Plan for the Skill Groups
  • Lead the implementation of PD Tech Talk sessions.
  • Lead the implementation of Mandatory Training programs.
  • Lead the implementation of Technical Training programs.
  • Lead the implementation, coordination, and facilitation of learning methodologies and processes such as job assignment programs and on-the-job training programs.
  • Carry out Career Planning and development sessions.
  • Carry out the internal Networking sessions on learning development.
  • Supervise the monitoring and tracking (participants, assessment result, manhours, etc.) for all implemented training programs.
  • Supervise the monitoring and tracking (participants, manhours, progress, etc.) for all implemented learning programs.
  • Supervise the monitoring and tracking (no of sessions & manhours) for all communication and networking sessions.
  • Lead in developing tools for staff annual training plan as part of their individual development plan and coordinate the implementation.
  • Lead the digitalization process of training resources (Mandatory Trainings) and learning resources (Career Planning, OJT and JA).
  • Lead in developing online platform for PD Academy and TCM and maintain the online platform consistently.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of PD staffs\' competence assessments and keep track of progress.
  • Carry out communication sessions/ networking sessions carried out by TCM.
  • Involve and coordinate communication and discussion sessions with Central HR.
  • Ensure consistency of processes and procedures align with Central HR policies.
THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):
  • Able to implement PD Academy initiatives as per yearly KPI targets.
  • Able to provide solutions to issues in relation to TCM and PD Academy.
  • Able to propose and provide continuous improvements for TCM and PD Academy initiatives.
  • Able to perform data analysis on information collected from tracking and monitoring exercises.
  • Able to translate all analyzed data into useful information for reporting.
  • Able to create awareness on PD Academy initiatives internally and externally within SEB.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in / Human Resource / Business/ Admin/ IT.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good graphic design skills for presentation materials.
  • Good skill with Microsoft Office/Power BI.
  • Able to guide and supervise the junior member and non-executives in daily job execution.
