Contract Lab Technician (4 Months)
Job Description
1. Perform overall microbiology testing in microbiology laboratory.
2. Perform enumeration of microorganisms in raw material, bulk solution and finished product.
3. Perform and prepare test report for microbiology analysis for antibiotics product
4. Prepare the sterilized glassware to be use for microbiological analysis and culture media as when needed.
5. Perform sampling and prepare test report for environmental monitoring for clean room facility as per routine schedule plan by collecting the swab sample for microbiological testing
6. Conduct sampling and prepare test report for routine deionized water monitoring which include the bioburden, TOC, pH and conductivity analysis.
7. Be part of the team to ensuring equipment and apparatus used (where related) in microbiology laboratory are within the calibration and preventive maintenance due date and planned schedule
8. Be part of the team to ensuring the microbiology area always clean, neat and help to sustain the 5S implementation.
9. Always practice Good Laboratory Practice in QC Lab
10. Any other work requested from supervisor or head of department in time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum SPM
2. Willing to work at Port Klang, Bandar Sultan Suleiman
