We are currently looking to hire Contract Management Master Analyst to be based in our Manjung, Perak office. JOB SUMMARY Responsible to adopt and create contract management standards, processes and procedures and institutes best practices while promoting specialization of roles and activities. Focus on activities that ensure coherence and consistency in team members approach regarding contract lifecycle execution, strategic issues, priorities, and projects. Responsible to act as business partner to pre-defined list of areas and support the corresponding Heads, Chiefs and key users on resolving complex and strategic contractual issues. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Work in alignment with our purpose, values, key behaviors, levers, ambitions and maintain Vale\'s code of ethics and conduct. Perform operation activities in compliance to all three dimensions of Vale Production System (VPS). Provide direct guidance on oversight and input on the management of Vale\'s strategic and leverage contracts. Work closely with key end users to understand the needs of the business, ensuring that these needs are translated into Supplier Management / Procurement plans that are ultimately executed. Seek process and procedure standardization, enabling the implementation and replication of best practices. Monitor the revision of applicable global procedures and standards to ensure modifications are properly communicated to and adopted by the contract management personnel. Lead problem\'s exposition and resolution through the implementation of structured continuous improvement methodologies. Actively contribute and participate in performance meetings to ensure continuous analysis of indicators, problem exposure and prioritization of actions to achieve the expected results. Develop and maintain department\'s internal compliance program, perform contracts\' diagnostic, report findings and follow-up action plans. Heavy collaboration and work with other departments, ensuring integration of a multi-disciplinary approach for corporate positioning (Health, Safety and Environment, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Risk etc.). Help establish and serve as a major contributor to the department\'s risk program, including an evaluation of the strategic importance and supply risk of each purchase and prescription of the necessary governance based on the evaluation score. Conduct refresher trainings to internal stakeholders. Serve as a main point of contact between user departments and Legal. QUALIFICATION 8-11 years of experience on managing contracts Prior experience in audit/compliance in heavy industries is advantage Academic Background: - Bachelor\'s degree in degree in Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain Management - Post-graduate, MBA, or Master (desirable) Professional Certifications: - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) (desirable) - Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) (desirable) - Project Management Professional (PMP) (desirable) - SCOR-P Professional Endorsement (desirable) Specific knowledge: - Fluency in Business English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) - Local and International Laws and Regulations; - Supply Chain Management; - Scope of Work preparation and optimization; - Contractual Terms and Conditions; - Contract Lifecycle Management; - Supplier Performance Management; - Process Mapping and Integration; - Compliance and Controls; - SAP ERP, SGC. - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
