Job Requirement:

• Must have minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in biofuel or similar process industry and minimum of 10 years of project management contract experience.
• Must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Have proven previous experience in biofuel or similar process industry project delivery during EPC phase.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
• Experience with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred.
• Preferably competent Contract Manager, hands-on professional of a recognised institution or equivalent
• Have previous experience in conducting contractual management, cost budgeting & evaluation, technical evaluation support of main & sub-contractors\' tender submission, assist in negotiation & conduct vendor briefing, monitor periodic construction costs against agreed scope of work & management variations, preparation of claims & obtain required approvals, validate performance against contract performance for disbursement of payments & issue sign-off final accounts, etc.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in Chinese is preferred but not required
