Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 CONTRACT MANAGER ( JOHOR BAHRU )s
- Be responsible for the Property Developer\'s Contract Dept.
- Ability to do Property Development Project Costing; arrange for tender and provide the required criteria for the requirement.
- To conduct routine and timely site visits and attend meeting with Architects and Consultants as well as Main Contractor & contractors for the project development qualities, time frame and costing.
- Verified and ensure that all VO that is approved and with valid reasons.
- Other assignments as deemed necessary.
- Min. 5 years hand on experience as Contract Manager in Property Developer industry.
- Vast experiences especially in High rise building are preferred.
- The post is to be based at Johor Bahru Town
- 5 Working Days : 8.15am to 6pm
