About the Role:In this role, you will play a critical part in the business by ensuring smooth execution of contractual agreements related to our property development projects. Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of contract management such as negotiation, drafting, implementation, and administration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive contract management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.\xc2\xb7 Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 Resolve contract-related disputes, issues, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal teams, including project management, legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and collaboration on contract matters.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, records, and databases.\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance, support, and training to team members on contract management processes and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments related to contract management.Key Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and analysis.\xc2\xb7 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Education Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and analysis.\xc2\xb7 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.If you are a dynamic and experienced contract manager looking for an exciting opportunity, we invite you to apply for this position.
