Manage and update hotel rates, availability, and terms for European clients.
Enter hotel contract details into the in-house system accurately and within timelines.
Ensure data entries are error-free and submitted on time.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in hotel contracts or related data.
Monitor and verify room allocations according to client requirements.
Coordinate with hotel partners to secure additional room allotments when required.
Ensure contracted discounts are correctly applied in the system.
Route incoming hotel correspondence to the appropriate account or team.
Process internal tour-related communications within specified deadlines.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred).
Familiarity with systems such as AS400 (Oscar), Travel Studio, Channel Manager, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
Immediate joiners or short notice availability will be prioritized.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
