Responsibilities

Study contract conditions, preambles, architectural and engineering drawing and specifications Preparation of estimates, bill of quantities, tender document, interim valuations, final account Analyze tender document comprises of BQ, tenders and unit price Ability to source for supplier to gather quotation for cost estimates Performing risk & value management and cost control Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders To prepare sub-contractor Interim Payment Certificate and Variation Order Handling of full-range of purchasing activity. To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. Knowledge in building materials is an added advantage.
Job Requirements

Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering construction management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management or equivalent. At least 1 years of working experience in related fields Able to liaise efficiently & effectively with consultant, sub-contractor & supplier Able to take challenged, result driven & proactive Computer or software skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad Good negotiation skills & able to communicate in Mandarin dialect Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
